We are big believers in pre-market inspections, especially for single family homes. This means you pay an inspector to inspect your home before it goes on the market. The cost for this is usually between $200 – $700, depending on the complexity of the inspection and the size of your home. Taking this proactive approach allows us to fix any items that come up in the inspection report before the home goes on the market and allows us to factor potential expenses into our overall pricing strategy. nformation is powerful. In our experience, sometimes buyers will even waive doing their own inspection if we can provide them with a copy of your pre-market inspection report. If you opt to do this inspection & it makes sense to, we will include this information in the agent to agent remarks of your listing when it goes on the market.
